EVENT: LbE's Kaka'ako Block Clean Up
DATE/TIME: Saturday, October 28, 10AM - 12:00PM
WHAT TO EXPECT: This is an LbE Hawaii block cleanup event, coordinated and managed by LbE Hawaii! Meeting up at Kaka'ako Waterfront Park, we will cleanup the streets of Kaka'ako. Not only will we help keep our streets clean, we will help prevent harmful debris from going into our city's storm drains, which eventually lead to our ocean, which may harm our marine ecosystem.
CHECK-IN: Meet in the parking lot of the Kaka'ako Waterfront Park and look for LbE Hawaii's check-in table. You must sign-in, grab a city-provided Adopt a Block bag, and may use various supplies such as trash grabbers and gloves. Please arrive on-time for a briefing. You may leave at any time, however, please place your bag of trash with us at the check-in table before leaving.
