Determine whether you are fit to become an English-Speaking Leader or a Bilingual Leader. Ensure you meet the eligibility guidelines. For the year 2019, only the English Leader will be available.

Send in an application for the LbE Hawaii and LbE Japan staff to review. Be sure to take your time when answering the application questions. The coordinator will send you an email confirmation.

Some candidates may receive an email request to have a skype, phone, or in-person interview for the coordinator to learn more about them.

Within a week of the application deadline, selected candidates must accept or decline their position. Selectees must be able to attend mandatory orientations prior to the program.
